Going to a Miley Cyrus concert - deserve mother of the fucking year award!

My husband called this afternoon to tell me that his boss had two tickets to the Miley Cyrus concert Monday, and of course can't (isn't crazy so doesn't want to) go. This is how I became the lucky recipient of two tickets to the concert - one for Ri and one for me.

Ri is not a fan of Miley's (thank goodness), but she does want to go, of course. Metro Station is the opening act, and she doesn't think Miley is the WORST thing ever. So I'm going - yay me!

2 tickets on the MAX to get to the Rose Garden - $5
2 tickets in a suite to see Miley - free
Chance to see my brooding tween smile - priceless

We went to a 10:30 PM(!!!) show and then went to buy HP7 when it was released at midnight - we bought two copies and went home to read on the couch until 4 am. Silly, and one of the best nights of my life.
