About Me:

I am a mom of a two year old and expecting my second in a month. I am an involved parent that belives in education. However, I do not necessarily agree with some of the traditional education methods. I am in constant search of information. I landed here from Teacher toms blog.

What's something about your kid(s) that makes you happy?

Everything. His innocense, caring nature, testing boundaries, smartness, sense of humor, loads of energy and thinking outside the box (like..I teach him Dog says - Ruff Ruff; he says no Dog says urgggg).

What's your most recent kid-related public humiliation?

Nothing about my two year old humiliates me. I am proud of everything he does. He is being a kid :).

What about contemporary parenting culture pisses you off the most?

No spanking rules, being over protective like covering up sockets, baby gates etc

Who were you BEFORE you became a parent?

Fun loving person that still enjoyed being a kid; professionally an architect and a planner.

What are you nerdy about?

Nothing. I consider myself jack of all master of none :).
