"I'm think I'll do one general thank you card that they can tack up, and maybe small gift cards for the individual teachers. Thanks for all the great advice, and for the welcomes.
@Mamawho: I'm in Vienna, so not too far. Howdy,…"
I was an infant and toddler teacher for nearly 10 years, and I would agree with everyone else and say not to worry about the notice. As far as gifts, even a small gesture like a card for all the teachers, something to let them know you…"
"Welcome to the hive, 4Strings. You'll like it here. :)
I echo the comments about not feeling bad and a nice token/gesture. Bake some cookies and have your son draw a picture of him with his teacher or something like that. Warm hugs goodbye are…"
We've left many daycares as we've moved around, and each time we leave each teacher who's touched our child's life with a sincere thank you card with a mention of some specific way they've each helped Big O. The…"

I've been here the whole time, as the columns slowly dissappeared and we were left with a close-knit community of smart & funny people all over the world (we've got Aussies and Canucks!). This format is brand-new, the old site fell apart after a major virus attack.
