wookie makes a good point about allergies. If she's doing a lot of crawling on carpeting, you may want to shampoo them or steam clean them. I never bothered with knee pads...neither of my kiddos crawled long enough for me to think about doing…

Relief for red knees?
My almost 8 month old has started crawling like a pro! She loves it and trucks around on her own for a good portion of each day. It's super cute, but unfortunately the result has been very red knees. At night she looks like she's kneeled in red paint, and they are warm to the touch. Lately they are even still red the next morning.
