Hi my name is AnnaE & tonight I'm a total shitshow....So you may remember that I broke the hell out of my right leg last year, I'm now walking and life was wonderful, until...About Thursday last week, the bursitis in my right shoulder acted up and I've spent the last week going Motrin, heat, ice, beer and repeat. - Their joy in the little things...like a new flower on the tree, a cool new bug, finding a new trail to the waterfalls.
- What's your most recent kid-related public humiliation?
- They are old enough to know better.
- What about contemporary parenting culture pisses you off the most?
- The major babying of the older kids - by the time your kid is 10 he should damn well be able to ride his bike without trailing wheels and drink out of a cup without a sippy lid.
- Who were you BEFORE you became a parent?
- Same person, just with more money and time.
- Favorite music/books/TV/movies:
- Books are Sci-Fi/Horror - nothing that has ever been a reality. I get enough reality at work. Music is based in the 60's and 70's with some new Indi Rock and Alternative. TV is all about Top Chef/NCIS/True Blood. Movies - anything goes except war reenactment (true stories) or Chick Flicks.
