Did anyone else see "4-Year-Old Can Be Sued" in the NYT yesterday? The comments are a hoot!

Only if they win this issue (of whether the child can be liable, not whether the child *is* liable) on appeal.

Ha! Actually I was just remembering when The Boy was two and he'd ride wild on his Big Wheel with me chasing him as best I could, laden down with Little Girl in the Moby Wrap. I never turned him loose on a city street, but still...
