Orlando Disney - Animal Kingdom Lodge or Wilderness Lodge? Why?

From everything I've heard, the two coolest resorts with the highest guest satisfaction are Animal Kingdom Lodge and Polynesian Resort. I personally would go for Animal Kingdom because: a) the animals come up to the windows in the morning and b) I love various regional African food, which they apparently serve in the restaurants.

Animal Kingdom. Because of the animals. But honestly, the Wilderness Lodge is way less "Disney" than other resorts....so that may be a plus to some people. Both, sadly, are out of our price range. We stay at the moderate resorts....but if I had the bigger budget, it would be the Animal Kingdom. Whichever you choose, be sure and eat at the opposite for dinner, because each of the restaurants at those resorts are fantastic.

We went with Animal Kindgom. It would normally be out of our price range too, but there's some big special right now and we got like 30% off. Whoo hoo!

We did animal Kingdom!

We loved the animals :) I mean, uh Paige did. But yeah I'd def go back - the room was awesome, our view had animals all day long, the pool was cute, the food was yummy and it ruled
