I'm getting bent out of shape about the amount of banana's and yogurt my boys are eating. After some soul searching I've decided, "who cares!" There are really much worse snacks they could be eating and they aren't eating enough to affect their digestive systems so that's not a problem. We've also made a resolution to stop eating out so much and buying snacks while out. That means more money to support our boys' banana/yogurt habit.
What could you lighten up about?
